Maria holds a sailing licence and is trained in first aid. She chooses the places herself, around Athens and the nearby islands, and she is there on the day: at the helm, pouring the tasting, making the introductions.
She works with a small team — Michalis captains the boat — and with the people who run the places she takes you to, which is why a visit to the brewery means being welcomed by the brewer rather than shown around by a guide.

The most beautiful thing I experienced on the one-day sailing trip with exploring fox and the soul of the organization, Maria Dalakos. From the coffee to the wine pairing and the cocktails, impeccable accommodation and hours of carefree time. I wish you a quick and next time!!!
I found the tour very good because apart from getting to know a beautiful corner of the island of Aegina, I also met people during the tour, who, although I didn't know them, were people with a similar way of thinking, making the environment very welcoming, in addition to all the care and attention, and delicious snacks, prepared with all the love and care for us
