A one-day sail
Leaving from Mikrolimano on time and in good spirits, across to Agistri and round to Dragonera — sun, swimming, and enough games in the water that nobody noticed the afternoon going.
Six guests at most. The boat stays comfortable and the day stays unhurried, which is the entire point of keeping it small.

Two days across the Saronic: clear water, a long meal of cheese, cold cuts and finger food with wine or beer, and the calm that only turns up once the engine is off.
Maria plans it, Michalis skippers it. Guests keep naming them both in the same sentence, which tells you how the boat feels.

Inland, no boat involved
The museum first — the spaces, the exhibits, the collection — and then the tasting: several labels, walked through one at a time, with cheeses and cold cuts alongside.
Maria runs the tasting herself. Guests describe it as organised rather than casual, and that is deliberate.

We chose the one-day sailing trip to Agistri. We started from Mikrolimano right on time with a great mood from our organizer Maria. The atmosphere from the first moment made you relax and enjoy the day! The wine tasting experience is unique! Maria, an experienced wine connoisseur and lover, made me really love it and her presentation was extremely organized. A very beautiful two-day excursion by sailing boat to Agistri and Aegina. We enjoyed swimming in crystal clear waters and enjoyed a meal with a cheese platter, cold cuts and finger food accompanied by wine or beer, together with good company and the organizer of the excursion, Maria and our skipper, Michalis. Beautiful waters, the calm of the sea and certainly a very interesting, enjoyable and different experience that you should definitely experience at least once.
I told my wife we were simply going out for dinner near Delta Falirou. What she didn't know was that Maria had been secretly helping me organize an unforgettable anniversary experience on a yacht for our family. She listened to every idea I had and then took care of everything: the flowers, the wine, the cake, the catering, and all the coordination with the captain. The moment my wife realized what was actually happening is something I will never forget. What impressed me most was that Exploring Fox didn't just organize an event. They created a memory.

I found the tour very good because apart from getting to know a beautiful corner of the island of Aegina, I also met people during the tour, who, although I didn't know them, were people with a similar way of thinking, making the environment very welcoming, in addition to all the care and attention, and delicious snacks, prepared with all the love and care for us
The Exploring Fox team was extraordinary. With my husband's help they pulled off a surprise of a lifetime, so that we could celebrate ten years of marriage with our little ones. The captain was the friendliest and kindest of men, and Maria took care of everything — the food she ordered and laid out so beautifully on the table, the flowers, the cake, the photographs — all of it with tremendous care and love. Even my eldest daughter said, “Mum, I will never forget this day.” I think that says it all.
A well-organized visit to the Anastasiou brewery (production workshop and shop) which included a tour of the brewery workshop where we saw how the beer is produced. Then we had a tasting of the different types of beer and finally, along with the beer tasting, we enjoyed a variety of meats in the shop's garden which made the whole experience more complete. Overall, a very pleasant experience where we enjoyed different types and flavors of beer in a special environment, all carefully prepared by Maria.
The most beautiful thing I experienced on the one-day sailing trip with exploring fox and the soul of the organization, Maria Dalakos. From the coffee to the wine pairing and the cocktails, impeccable accommodation and hours of carefree time. I wish you a quick and next time!!!
